What is permanent jewelry? 

It is jewelry that is custom fit and is welded on to your wrist, neck, or ankle. There is no clasp and will be permanently on your body until you cut it off.

What are the chains made of? 

We have a variety of chain options in 14 karat gold, gold filled, and sterling silver.

What kind of jewelry can you weld? 

We can weld bracelets, anklets, and

necklaces.

How much does it cost? 

Prices vary depending on the materials and length of chain that you need. You can see the options in the Styles tab. Price does not include sales tax.

Does it hurt? 

No, not at all! It is a quick process and we take special safety precautions to protect you.

​

What if I need to take it off? 

You can cut the chain off with cutters or scissors and we can weld it back on. We ask that you cut it at the welded link. There is a $15 reweld fee for gold filled and sterling silver and $20 reweld fee for 14kt gold chains.

How do I make an appointment? 

You can book a 15 minute appointment to get welded at one of our pop up sessions. Each appointment accommodates one person to get up to two chains. We also occasionally offer walk-in appointments. .

Can I wear my jewelry through airport security? 

Yes, you can wear your Permanent Jewelry through airport security. You would need to remove it for a MRI scan.

How old do you need to be?

 With parental consent, we will weld anyone over the age of 3 years old. 

Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring my own chain? 

No, we only weld the chains that we sell.

​

What if I need to be able to take it on and off? 

We are happy to add a clasp for a small fee if you prefer to be able to take it on and off.

What if it comes off?

 We have a 7 day guarantee for the weld. If your Permanent Jewelry breaks at the weld spot, then we will reweld at no charge. If it breaks at any other spot, it will require an assessment for repair.

What if I change my mind? 

Once you confirm that the sizing is correct and we cut the chain, it is final sale.

Do you offer gift certificates? 

Yes, we have gift certificates for Permanent Jewelry for any denomination. The recipient can use the gift certificate for any in store purchases.

Do you offer private Permanent Jewelry parties? 

Yes! You can book your own private Permanent Jewelry party for birthdays, bachelorettes, sorority events, or fun night with friends. We require at least 10 people to book a private event. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied as a credit for your Permanent Jewelry on the day of your event.
